30 Day Leasing Guarantee

We guarantee that we can find a quality tenant for your home in 30 days, or the first two months of management fees are FREE!
*Home must be vacant and in move-in condition

Pet Protection Guarantee

Starnes Realty Inc charges a monthly pet fee per approved pet. We guarantee that any damage caused to the home, above fair wear and tear, resulting from the approved pet(s) that is not covered by the security deposit Starnes Realty Inc will reimburse up to $500. *Excludes Service Animals and ESA*

Happiness Guarantee

We guarantee that in the event that you are not happy with our services, we will allow you to terminate your management agreement with a 30 day notice.

Eviction Assurance Guarantee

Starnes Realty Inc believes so much in their screening process that in the rare event your tenant is evicted then Starnes Realty will share in the cost to evict the tenant by paying for the court filing fees, writ fees & Starnes Realty Inc will appear in court on the owner’s behalf at no cost.

Professional Cleaning Services

Starnes Realty’s sister company is Super Cleaners and we believe your home should be deep cleaned before going live on the market so that it showcases in its best way. We will schedule your Deep Cleaning or Basic Cleaning at a 25% discount.
