That’s why we created our Agent Referral Program—to allow you to focus on sales while ensuring your clients receive exceptional care and support through professional property management.

We specialize exclusively in property management, and our referral program is designed to provide the same level of attention and service you would give your clients yourself. From tenant placement to ongoing maintenance and financial reporting, we manage the property from start to finish. When your client is ready to return to the sales market, the property will be well maintained and positioned for success.

As part of our program, referring agents receive 30% of the first month’s rent for each property referred. We also operate under a non-compete agreement, guaranteeing that when the owner is ready to sell, the listing is returned directly to the referring agent. We will never compete for your client—property management will be our sole focus.
